As part of the PEDIME Project – Correction of visual acuity in preschool and in collaboration with Médio Tejo, which aims to promote the identification and correction of possible visual and auditory acuity problems in children, which may negatively interfere in the learning process, we inform you that OPTIC One in Abrantes is one of the stores in this project.
A team of specialized technicians (optometrists) goes to schools in the region to perform visual screening exams for early childhood education students, promoting treatment and rehabilitation for all those who need it, and contributing to improving health and promoting educational success.
Afterwards, personalized vouchers are delivered to support the purchase of glasses for children, with value of 150,00€.
