With the entry into force of Decree-Law 74/2017 of June 21th, the Complaints Book is now available online.

The Complaints Book, in any of its formats, including its online version made available on July 1st, 2017, is one of the instruments that makes it more accessible for consumers to exercise their right to complain, allowing them to submit their complaints either at public service points or by accessing the digital platform of the Online Complaints Book.
