Therefore, EYELUX reserves the right to store and use the data provided by the customer until the customer expressly declares that they wish to delete it.

Although EYELUX does not commit itself to storing the customer’s data after the deadlines for renewing its services have passed and/or after the contract has been terminated without express notice, EYELUX will not be able to ascertain with certainty whether or not the customer wishes to remain registered as an EYELUX customer.

If it is in the customer’s interest not to be contacted by EYELUX and for EYELUX to no longer store their data, they must expressly request that their data be deleted from our databases.

3 – Security and use of your information
